Hashtag printing is a new take on photobooths at events, everyone with a mobile phone is the photobooth. The hashtag station is where all the guests can print their photos live on the night.
With a traditional photobooth its set in one spot and guests will need to take it in turn to have a go. With a hashtag printer guests take photos on thier phone upload to Instagram/Twitter using the events hashtag. Moments later the photos will appear on the hashtag station with a custom event boarder ready to print.
Hashtag printers work brilliantly on their own for birthday’s, weddings and corporate events. They are also often used to complement a traditional photobooth to capture from all areas of your event. Think of it like a behind the scenes photobooth.
Step 1 – Take A Picture
Simply take a picture while at the event on your mobile phone or tablet.
Step 2 – Share Picture With Event Hashtag
Share the picture you have just taken to instagram or Twitter and in the comment section add the events hashtag. The events hashtag will be displayed on the machine. You can also share pictures you have taken during the day and share them with the vent hashtag.
Step 3 – Select Your Picture And Print
Your picture will appear on the Hashtag printer choose your image from the gallery and select print. In just 12 seconds your printout will be ready! All prints will be printed with the events custom boarder.
