The hot tubs heat system stays heating while the jets are running, unlike some cheaper hot tubs on the market. This means you can enjoy the hot tub experience for longer. They also feature a water softener which means more efficient heating and water more gentle on your skin.

The Hot Tub Hire Process

Discuss Requirements

First we discuss with you our availability and any accessories you may need. The fastest way to check our availability is to fill in our form. All our hot tubs come with a brand new filter.

Booking Confirmed

We charge a £30 deposit to secure your date, this includes the hot tub hire and all accessories. We do not charge a security deposit. We also email you an invoice to show the deposit payment and everything that is included.

Out For Delivery

Hot tubs are delivered the day before your hire starts. This is because it can take 12-18 hours for the hot tub to reach maximum temperature. We deliver within a 30 mile range from our Nottingham base NG17 free of charge. All areas outside of this range may incur a charge. Our inflatable tubs do not have any delivery restrictions. The only requirements are a flat level surface measuring 2.0m x 2.0m access to electricity within 15 meters and an adult is available upon delivery.

Set Up Time

We set-up the hot tub and any accessories lights, gazebo, stereo etc. We then start filling the hot tub with your hose pipe and add in the chemicals (chlorine, ph etc) and test the water. While the hot tub is filling we explain to you how to maintain the water chemistry. We also provide you with instructions, testing kit and chemicals. If you are unsure at any time what to do feel free to contact us. The set-up is approx 1 hour.

Health & Safety

If you or your guests have any heart conditions we would advise checking with your GP before using the hot tub. We don’t recommend pregnant women to use the hot tub as its not advisable to raise your core temperature when pregnant. Its also important for all users to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water when using the hot tub. For more information please refer to our FAQs page.
